You will need to enter your Accounts Office Reference Number and your PAYE reference to get your letter code.

Keep your letter code handy as you will need it along with your PAYE reference when you log in to our secure websites.


Your details
Your accounts office reference number is the 13 character reference number that can be found on your PAYE payment booklet or letters from HMRC.
An example of an accounts office reference number is 123PA12345678.
Your PAYE reference can be found on any of the letters you received from us about automatic enrolment. You can also find it on your letter from HMRC when you first registered as an employer, or from your payroll software.
An example of a PAYE reference is 123/AB456.
